1. Are the products at RD Souq authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every product on rdsouq.com – including all perfumes, beauty, fashion and lifestyle items – is genuine and sourced directly from licensed distributors and authorized traders within the UAE and internationally. We never sell imitations, testers or replicas.
Perfume customers can verify authenticity through the original batch code (barcode) printed on the packaging via the brand’s official website or trusted verification tools such as CheckFresh.net.
2. How fast is delivery within the UAE?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched within 12 hours.
Major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman): delivered within 24 hours.
Other Emirates and remote areas: delivered within 48 hours maximum.
Express delivery: available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman – receive your order within 12 hours, subject to courier availability.
3. What payment options do you offer?
We offer convenient and secure payment methods for your comfort:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available across all Emirates.
Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay – fast and encrypted online checkout.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item remains sealed, unopened and unused.
If you received the wrong or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If you wish to exchange an item by personal choice, we’re happy to assist – however, courier charges will apply, and the original product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location – and delivery is FREE on UAE orders above AED 300. It’s the perfect excuse to add one more item to your cart.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email so you can monitor your shipment until delivery. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account under My Account → Orders.
7. Can I customize a gift set for special occasions?
Yes – at RD Souq, you can create a personalized gift set for any occasion such as Eid, Ramadan, birthdays, weddings or corporate gifting. Simply add your chosen products to the cart, then select your preferred gift box style at checkout.
If you’d like to add personal notes, specific wrapping requests or corporate branding, just email us at support@rdsouq.com right after placing your order. Our team will confirm your customization details and dispatch your order within 24 hours.
8. How do I choose the right size for fashion items?
Every clothing product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimeters and inches. We recommend comparing the measurements with a similar item you already own for the best fit.

9. Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes! We proudly ship to selected GCC destinations including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar, with delivery typically within 3-7 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please note international shipments may be subject to local customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
