At RD Souq, we are committed to offering authentic, high-quality top Brand Inspiration products and a refined shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Fashion items must have all original tags attached.
  • The product must remain in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage or alteration.
  • Return requests must be submitted within the stated return window.

2. Category-Specific Rules

  • Perfumes & Fragrances: must be sealed and unopened with the original cellophane wrapping intact.
  • Beauty & Personal Care: for hygiene reasons, items such as lipsticks, skincare, cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
  • Fashion & Accessories: unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging only. Jewelry and accessories must include all original boxes and certificates.
  • Lifestyle & Electronics: must include all original accessories, cables, manuals and packaging.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel and items received. In such cases, RD Souq will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund. All shipping charges related to our error will be covered by us.

4. Exchange Requests

If you change your mind or wish to exchange an item (for example, a different fragrance or clothing size), we will be happy to assist where possible, provided the original item remains unused, unopened and eligible for return. Please note that courier charges will apply for customer-requested exchanges.

5. Return Procedure

  • Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@rdsouq.com and include your order number.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for return or exchange.
  • Step 3: If approved, we will provide pickup or drop-off instructions.
  • Step 4: Once the item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Card payments: refunds are issued to the original card used for the purchase within 5-7 business days (your bank may require additional processing time).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunds are processed via bank transfer to your UAE account or as store credit, within 5-7 business days of return approval.
  • Store credit option: available upon request and issued instantly once the return is approved.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are:

  • Opened, used or unsealed (especially beauty and personal care products)
  • Altered or customized
  • Damaged due to customer handling
  • Missing original packaging, tags or accessories
  • Marked as final sale or clearance on the product page

8. Final Note
